1. To Change the login screen background of windows, you'll have to right click and select "Run as Administrator".

2. This is the Welcome Screen.

3. To change the login screen click on the "ADD IMAGE FILE" button and select your image.

4. After selecting the image click on "APPLY IMAGE FILE" to apply your selected image.

5. To get back the orignal image just click on "RESTORE DEFAULT" button.
